4. Dangerous Goods Acknowledgment & User Responsibilities

By ordering alcohol-based fragrances from Perfume Bay, you explicitly acknowledge that the shipment contains flammable liquid subject to transport guidelines. You agree not to request delivery redirects to unauthorized drop locations or post office boxes that refuse Dangerous Goods shipments.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wajood Perfumes LLP, its partners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost savings, damaged personal property, or health issues arising from improper product usage—resulting from your access to or use of our products and services.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes, actions, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with Wajood Perfumes LLP, Perfume Bay, transactions on the Site, or product purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
